Wow, thank you for taking an interest in me!
​I worked in the corporate environment from 1997 to 2014, as regional and national, business development and account manager, for national and international market leaders. ​
The companies I worked for are service providers - a worldwide distribution company, and the largest same-day courier in the UK.
During this time I gained a broad set of skills, such as efficient time management, sharp organisation, rapid problem solving, complex negotiations, strategic planning and strong communication skills, to a range of stakeholders.
I completed over 20 intense sales training courses throughout my career, which gave me an in-depth understanding of the factors necessary to succeed in a service driven environment.
I also gained much of my knowledge and skills "in the field", which in my opinion are the foundations needed to succeed in any job.
I left England in 2014, to support my husbands new career path in Luxembourg. This was the perfect opportunity for me to set up my own new professional adventure. ​
​At that time, in England, photo booths had recently become the must have party extra.​
After doing a careful market analysis in the south of Belgium and Luxembourg, I successfully launched my photo booth rental company called PhotoFun.
I created the business during my first pregnancy and as soon as I could work, I was organising the photo booth for weddings, corporate events and private parties.
Thanks to flexible evening and weekend hours, I was able to remain present at home with my 2 children, and focus on family well-being and nutrition, together with private and professional administrative responsibilities.
During this time, I also set up an international MeetUp group, to bring families together from all around the word, who were living in Luxembourg.
At its peak, the group had 250 active members and 7 sponsors. It was a lot of work but we had the most fun!
​Until recently, I had no idea that all these episodes of my life could be combined to become the foundation to my dream job...
In 2020, the events market became unstable, I therefore took time to reflect on a new professional avenue.
​Then one day, a job that I barely knew existed, was presented to me.
A Private Assistant, is simply the perfect mix between my corporate and home experiences rolled in to one perfect package!
