My career initially consisted in over 15 years of experience in the UK, working as regional and national business development specialist, as well as in account management positions. My success was measured through company-specific KPIs, which I consistently overachieved thanks to a high level of self-motivation and strong organisation skills. I had a concrete positive impact on business revenue growth, client trading accounts and customer retention, which I believe was the result of my natural customer-oriented approach, combined with my close attention to detail. I moved to Luxembourg in 2014 for family reasons, and after carrying out a careful market analysis, I decided to establish my photo booth company called PhotoFun. Thanks to my existing skills combined with my autonomy and ability to adapt quickly to new environments, the venture has been a success. Launching and managing my own business has taught me a multitude of new skills, ranging from event organisation through to IT and technical assets specific to photo booths. During this time I also set up an international MeetUp group to bring families together from all around the word, who were living in Luxembourg. At its peak, the group had 250 active members and 7 sponsors, proving to be a great networking platform. |
In 2021 the events market became unstable, I therefore took time to reflect on a new professional avenue and started as a Private Assistant. Providing professional administrative support to the Director of an Association in Luxembourg, to 14 of its Board Members, to Chairmen of the 15 Working Groups, as well as to over 1400 members representing more than 150 institutions; and private administrative support to several international property owners, acting as a first point of contact and intermediary with service providers and property management companies, locally and internationally.
Thanks to the wide scope of activities I have been involved in throughout my career, I gained the ability to adapt quickly to a variety of administrative tasks; a problem-solving mindset has been a key requirement throughout, and I have a natural ability to handle complex workflows and procedures. I have gained extensive experience throughout the past 25 years in delivering excellent results. Both business revenue growth and customer retention were directly achieved by providing extensive administrative support and communicating effectively internally and externally. I have a proven track record of working autonomously when required, as well as in close collaboration with customers and colleagues at all levels. Throughout the course of my career, I made a particular effort to constantly learn and improve on subjects that have positively impacted my administration skills via training, workshops and conferences. |
